This brand started from a casual conversation with a friend of mine about how at the time he worked at coffee shop named Blue Sparrow and I worked at a brewery called Blue Moon. So, it seemed obvious that if we were to ever start a beverage company together it would be Moon and Sparrow. I took that concept and ran with it.
